I would like to continue, what I started last Friday: some sort of emotional weekly review. As some of you might have recognized, I also decided to write some blog-posts in English. I was inspired by jsb while reading his blog about his trip to Hongkong. Its really impressive how fast you can improve your English skills by simply using English day by day (but don't worry, not all my future blog-post will be written in English :o)
A few minutes ago I read in another blog that "the year 2009 is starting so fast that it feels like driving a Fomula 1 car. Everything passes very fast and you are not able to capture what happens around you". That quote sounds a little dramatic, but it also reflects my feelings.
Don't get me wrong, I love working and living here in England, but it is daily routine yet. Therefore blogging encourages me to think about what I am doing. I also learned that blogging is not as funny as you might imagine. It takes nearly 30 minutes every day to write a text, upload pictures, consider new and interesting themes, etc ... but I like it!
All in all it was a good week. I have been to London for the first time in my life (and I am shure that I will return within the next weeks). My new poject at work (introducing a customer loyalty card) is exaktly that kind of work I like. Also my bachelor thesis makes good progress. So there is nothing to complain about at the moment (except my poor English spelling skills).
